Are you watching closely western people? China is using Blockchain tech in its newest product. This will enable unlisted companies to be de facto listed. 

The playing field is being leveled, and ironically the culprit is eastern market capitalism. Not western incumbent bankers.

ICE: NYSE evaluates to change its listing standards to attract direct listings. DB1: STOXX opens a new office in Hong Kong to further expand into the region.
