WikiLeaks:Turkey Monetizes ISIS Terror- [Video]

Erdogan Finances ISIS

  • ISIS self-finances  terror activities via sales of stolen oil
  • Turkey helps ISIS fund their actions by "fencing" theoil through Turkey
  • WikiLeaks released 57,000 emails of Erdogan's Oil Minister showing this
  • Erdogan, like any mob boss, knows what is going on and is paid accordingly

ISIS Sells Drugs to Finance Terror

First the facts according to military sources on the ground in the middle east as well as publicly if you connect the dots online.

  1. ISIS is largely self-financed and not dependent on well heeled benefactors like Hezbollah
  2. they are entrepreneurial in the sense that they steal oil, and sell it on the black market to finance terror operations
  3. The US has had trouble shutting down their cash flow sources because of ISIS self-financing criminal activity
  4. As a result, State department and Israel take military action focused on hubs of oil distribution from the ISIS "depots
    • disruption of their oil smuggling damages their financing.
    • bombings of truck caravans, storage facilities and distribution points are high priority

Turkey is ISIS' Fence for Stolen Oil

Here is the thing. Sanctions, blackballed accounts, closed international networks do not matter. ISIS does not depend on outside money for the most part. They steal and sell. Call them pirates or drug dealers. The point is, to get at ISIS financially one must find their "fence" of stolen goods

The problem is, as with drug cartels using illicit profits to wage war in South America, ISIS has largely been able to sidestep the financial attempts at strangling their operations. Enter Turkey.

Turkey is "The Transporter"

While Turkey has officially banned oil transportation by road or railway for 5 years in no small part to support their pipeline, important exceptions were made. Specifically, Powertrans, the ISIS controlled "laundromat" that transports oil from ISIS controlled fields through Turkey for sale.

In fact, Powertrans holds the monopoly in over ground non pipeline oil transportation. Cue WikiLeaks

WikiLeaks Releases Smoking Gun Connecting Turkey to ISIS

WikiLeaks has released a tranche of personal emails from the account of Turkey's Minister of Oil Berat Albayrak. The emails span a six-year period from 2000 to 2016 and allegedly reveal his level of influence in the country's political scene. Albayrak is the son-in-law of the country's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

WikiLeaks alleges that the emails reveal 'Albayrak's involvement in organisations such as Powertrans, the company implicated in Isis oil imports'.

From WikiLeaks

Today, Monday 5 December 2016, WikiLeaks publishes an authoritative, searchable archive of 57,934 emails from the personal email address of Berat Albayrak, who is President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's son-in-law and Turkey's Minister of Energy.

The emails span sixteen years from April 2000 to 23 September of this year (including the 15 July coup d'état) and are mostly correspondence between Albayrak and the ruling Turkish elite: politicians, businessmen and family members. The emails reveal the extensive influence Albayrak has over a wide range of areas of Turkish politics and life.

On 23 September, Redhack, a Turkish hacktivist group, announced they had obtained Albayrak's emails and would release them on 26 September, unless the government released imprisoned leftists, specifically naming Aslı Erdoğan (no relation) and Alp Altınörs (assistant co-chairs of Halkların Demokratik Partisi (HDP) arrested on 16 September). When nothing was done, Redhack placed the archive on Google Drive and Dropbox. The Turkish government then censored normal internet access to Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Cloud and Github, and arrested a number of alleged Redhack suspects. Reportage on this valuable archive has been previously hampered by censorship and lack of an authoritative, searchable, citable archive.

Wiki Email Walkthrough

Berat Albayrak is Turkey's Energy minister. Red Hack claimed at the end of September 2015 Red Hack that it has access to almost 20 gigabyte of data from Albayrak's personal email accounts.Red Hack is a Turkish Marxist hacking organization. The Turkish justice  system decided against the publication and reproduction of the emails. Accusations against the Turkish government and Albayrak became even more intense after the shooting down of a Russian aircraft on the 24th of November 2015. The Turkish president vowed to resign if these allegations correspond to reality.

Research from Norway’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs concluded that the oil transported from the ISIS territories to Turkey is sold in low price.

WikiLeaks Defies Erdogan's Attempt to Quash Dissent

Julian Assange:

'The government's counter-coup efforts have gone well beyond their stated purpose of protecting the state from a second Gulenist coup attempt and are now primarily used to steal assets and eliminate critics.

'The Turkish government continues to use force to jail journalists, shut down media and restrict internet access to its citizens, depriving them of their ability to access information about their situation including by banning WikiLeaks.

'This consolidation around the power vertical of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ultimately weakens Turkish institutionalism, leaving Turkey more susceptible to future coups by those in Erdoğan's chain of command.'

Nothing to See Here

So there  you have it folks. Turkey is the laundromat, fence, tollbooth... or whatever you want to call them. They are directly responsible for monetizing ISIS stolen oil and thus are financiers in the ISIS attempt to create a new Caliphate.
