Senator Bernie Sanders is warning his supporters that the only way to stop Donald Trump is to unite behind Hillary Clinton.
“It is easy to boo, but it’s harder to look your kids in the face who would be living under Donald Trump,” he told the California delegation. He said that he would continue his political work even with his supporter backing Clinton.
He also warned against his supporters shifting their vote towards Green Party candidate Jill Stein. He believes that the vote will narrow down to two candidates.
"But I think right now — what is it, three, four months before an election — you're going to end up having a choice. Either Hillary Clinton is going to become president, or Donald Trump," he said according to The Washington Post.
