Gold Has No Opinion to Force on You. It Cannot be Influenced by Rhetoric

Recently Jeff Currie at Goldman Sachs made a statement that should be patently obvious to people who own Gold.

"We have a lot of political risk in the market right now, so gold has a strategic purpose," said Currie, explaining that investors often gravitate toward hard assets in times of uncertainty. "Gold is a hedge against politicians."

Gold is not Subjective

That is the point. Gold is a hedge because it has no opinion, cannot be printed, and has retained stable buying power for centuries. It is for all intents and purposes a hedge for man's arrogance. The only thing that has trended on this earth for centuries is man's opinion of himself.

Progress is a Tool Being Misused

No amount of technological progress has stemmed the corruption, war, sufferings, and pain we inflict on ourselves in the name of causes. Now we have the latest manifestation of a reason to have a 5 to 10% of our assets in Gold. The writing is on the wall.

We Lose Regardless of Who Wins

If Clinton wins, the populace will suffer. If she loses, the system will collapse. There has never been so much political uncertainty in our lifetimes. The system is broken. Take cover regardless of who wins.

The Man Heading the Re-Opened Email Case is in the Bag for Hillary Clinton

Yesterday insight was given into the potential conflict of interest between Peter Kadzik, the head of the re-opened FBI email investigation, and John Podesta. But now a smoking gun email is available for all to see clearly showing a conflict of interest.

Kadzik was actually was responsible for alerting John Podesta about the original case being started. And.. wait for it...the email is actually titled "Heads up"
