According to Ladbrokes' London betting house, Donald Trump's odds of winning the Presidential election are at a new high of 36%. That reflects money bet and odds given. It does not reflect votes. The latest Polls show Trump and Clinton neck and neck, with some showing Trump in the lead. Clearly the convention and the wikileaks emails have not helped Hillary this week.
The Ladbrokes probability chart (inverted odds) are significant because they are at new highs. And as any decent chartist will tell you, breaking a triple top is very bullish.
